To coincide with Mental Health Awareness month, AFSP Southern California Tri-Counties Chapter a Virtual Hike for Hope event on Saturday May 31; we hope you will join us!

The Virtual Hike for Hope is a self-paced event that incorporates self-care and encourages a self-paced hike at a location of your choice on Saturday, May 31.

We will kick-off the day with a Virtual Opening Ceremony via zoom from 9:00 – 9:30 am on the 31st. Join us remotely during your hike, tune in from your favorite vantage point in Orange County, Riverside or San Bernardino and share the view with us. We will feature an Honor Bead Ceremony where you can share with us in real-time who you wear your honor beads for.

This event allows participants the opportunity to get involved with AFSP, raise funds and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention, and also enjoy some of our county’s best hiking trails.

Participants who raise $150 or more will be eligible to receive a Hike for Hope t-shirt. Anyone who raises $25 or more will be eligible to receive Honor Beads for a team of up to 10 people.

All registered participants who raise $150.00 by Wednesday, May 16th can pick-up their T-Shirts in a location in Orange County, San Bernardino County or Riverside County. Location and pick-up times will be announced soon.
