Program: 9am Hike Starts: 10am for individual, self-guided hikes in the park

Suicide is a leading cause of death, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide. Our Hike for Hope aims to raise awareness and funds to support AFSP's mission.

Funds raised from the Hike for Hope allow AFSP to invest in research, create educational programs, advocate for public policy, and support survivors of suicide loss. By participating, you help build a community of support and show your commitment to mental health.

Parking

Please park near Sycamore Hill at Irvine Regional Park
Please note that Parking Fees during the weekend are $5.00 per vehicle. We encourage car-pooling or public transportation as alternatives.
