The Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope, and support. It unites our communities and provides an opportunity to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental health conditions have affected our lives and the lives of those we love and care about.

The walk will take place on sidewalks around beautiful Lake Baldwin. The walk is approximately 2 1/2 miles in length. We will walk rain or shine so please come prepared.
Parking: Please park in the Baldwin Point Building parking lot (previously Traveler's Insurance) across the street from the venue. (see map below) After you park in the Baldwin Point Building parking lot at the corner of Upper Park Road & Lakemont Avenue, proceed to the park between Upper Park and Lower Park Rd.

Teams that raise $1,000 or more by 01/13/2023 will have their team name printed on the back of the event t-shirt. Is there a fundraising minimum? |
Can I register at the Walk? Yes! You can register in-person at the Walk from the time check-in begins until the walk starts. Walk donations are accepted until December 31st. Can I bring my dog? Yes! Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome at the Walk. |
