Atlanta Walk
11/05/2023
20th annual event
From everyone at the AFSP Georgia Chapter, THANK YOU for joining us as we marked 20 years of walking in the Atlanta Out of the Darkness Walk! You made it possible for friends, family, and community members to come together in a shared journey of hope and healing.
Because of you, we have raised over $413,000, of our $670,000 goal, and walked with over 3,500 walkers! Donations are being accepted through December 31st, so there is still time to reach your goals! We encourage you to make an ask for at least 1 more donation to help support our mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.
Please make a donation online at www.afsp.org/Atlanta or mail to 1920 Dresden Drive Atlanta, GA 31119.
If you are interested in being involved with the planning committee for next year's walk, please complete the volunteer application and be in touch with us! We look forward to another successful event in 2024!
The Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope, and support. It unites our communities and provides an opportunity to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental health conditions have affected our lives and the lives of those we love and care about.
