Welcome to CRNY Hike for Hope - Cody's Climb
Exercise and staying physically fit are contributing factors in maintaining our mental well being. An active heart helps create a healthy mind! Join us on MAY 21, 2023 at PROSPECT MOUNTAIN, as we have our traditional hike complete with an opening ceremony and an opportunity to gather together to support one another as we work together to #stopsuicide.

Update your personal fundraising page and share your story on why you support AFSP and why you are Hiking for Hope!
Connect your personal fundraising page to a Facebook fundraiser by logging into your account and clicking "Create a Facebook Fundraiser" from the menu of fundraising options.
*Please note: you must initiate the fundraiser from your personal fundraising portal on the AFSP site for it to connect to your personal page*
There will be T-SHIRTS available at the event for all individuals who have raised $50 or more. Other incentives will also be able to be earned based on fundraising levels! STAY TUNED!
We have a Facebook Event Page and we would love for you to share pictures, art work, messages of hope and healing, and why you are walking. We also have an Instagram account, please tag us in any photos your share

What if I can't join you on Hike day? HIKE VIRTUALLY!!!
- An alternative to Hiking could be to create a poster or drawing, picture or video to share your message of hope and healing.
You can share your pictures and videos of how you are participating in the hike on social using the hashtag #HIKEFOREHOPE or #HOPEHIKESHERE or #CRNYHike or you can email your photos to capitalregionny@afsp.org.
