For a donation of $50 - AFSP New Hampshire will create a personalized sign made in memory or honor of the loved one you walk for. The sign will be displayed in a highly visible location at the walk and will be yours to keep after the walk.

To order your custom sign, please make a $50 donation to this Memorial Signs Team page then send an email with the walk you're attending, a picture attachment, dates, and the name of your loved one to Special Events Manager, Ashley Laplante at alaplante@afsp.org. 

Deadline to make donation and submit artwork is 5pm, Sunday, September 17.

All donations are 100% tax deductible and will help bring AFSP one step closer to achieving their bold goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.
