No one likes to talk about mental health but we need to talk. It is real and many people are suffering, even the ones who don't look like they would be. 

My dad was the best dad ever.  It was his choice to end his journey on May 4th 2022.  Now I am continuing this journey with the family and friends he left behind. 

Please help me help others so that we can prevent this from happing to another family.
