As captains  and seniors of Belchertown's Varsity basketball team, we are hosting an invitational fundraising/suicide awareness preseason high school basketball tournament on Saturday, November18th & Sunday, November 19th, at the South End Community Center in Springfield, MA. This event is by invitation, and each team is encouraged to raise donations benefiting the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Having been directly affected by multiple suicides in our home town throughout our high school years, we, again choseNovember 18th, the International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day, as the opening day for our tournament. Games will be played in two divisions over the course of the weekend, leading up to two exciting championship games to be played Sunday.

Building on the great success of last year's invitational, earning 7,165.00 for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, we would love community support for this great cause, so please help us reach the $15,000 goal with your generous donations!
