It is now year 14 for me walking to support American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

I walk for me, my kids and all my friends and family. Those of us who still battle every day (my battle with depression and suicidal ideation has been ongoing for over 25 years) and those who have lost their battle - you will never be forgotten ❤

I'm participating in the Out of the Darkness Portsmouth Walk to fight suicide and support AFSP's bold goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.
