In Loving Memory of Brother Rhett Ingram

Once a pillar of strength and kindness within our community, Brother Rhett Ingram's untimely departure has left us all reeling with grief and unanswered questions. Last month, Rhett made the heartbreaking decision to end his own life, leaving behind a trail of sorrow and disbelief among those who knew and loved him.

Rhett was more than just a member of our lodge; he was a beacon of light, always ready with a warm smile and a helping hand. His dedication to our cause and his unwavering commitment to serving others made him a cherished friend to many. Yet, even the brightest lights can sometimes falter under the weight of their own burdens.

As we come together to honor Rhett's memory, we also strive to raise awareness for suicide prevention. The pain of his loss serves as a poignant reminder of the silent struggles that so many face each day. It is our hope that through initiatives like the "Hope Walks Here" charity partnership between The University of Alabama in Huntsville and Helion Lodge #1, F. & A. M. of Alabama, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and offer support to those who need it most.

In memory of Brother Rhett Ingram, let us walk together, hand in hand, as a testament to our solidarity and our commitment to preventing further tragedies. May his spirit guide us as we strive to create a world where no one feels alone in their darkest moments.

Please consider making a donation to support our cause and honor the memory of a beloved friend and brother. Together, we can make a difference.

With heartfelt gratitude,
The Members of Helion Lodge #1
