Greetings.

Sadly, I wear many beads.

For a friend I loved dearly because her family rejected her sexual orientation

For a friend who served our nation but couldn't afford the medications to help his PTSD and Depression.

For a kind and gentle young student I was very close to who has humiliated and bullied at school after a breakup that was secretly recorded and posted on social media. No one has a clue she hid it so well

For so many other too painful to keep listing their reasons why is why I am here.

I am.a mental health advocate 

I am a trauma survivor.

I walk for those who can't

I walk for those who are scared.

I walk for those who are not here..I walk to help win the the fight against suicide
