Once your gift information is entered, you will receive a confirmation email and the next of kin you've selected will be mailed a card notifying them that you have made a special gift in memory of their loved one (we do not disclose the amount of the gift).
If you would like to donate via check or money order, please use the offline donation form found here.
If you have any questions about making an In Memory gift or need additional assistance, please contact AFSP Senior Coordinator of Individual Giving, Michael Swyer, at 212.363.3500 x2070 or mswyer@afsp.org.
