Event schedule and activities: Participants are invited to arrive at Long Branch Park (parking lot off Long Branch Rd) starting at 9:30 am. Starbucks and North Star Nutrition will be onsite with free coffee and samples, as well as Grub on the Run with food for purchase. Stop by and visit our many community partners (Glen Shelter), pick up your Honor Beads, purchase raffle tickets (Knoll Shelter), or peruse the AFSP merchandise tent. Welcome to the Out of the Darkness
The Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope, and support. It unites our communities and provides an opportunity to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental health conditions have affected our lives and the lives of those we love and care about.

In Memory/In Honor of Signs
Teams (or individuals not on a team) who raise $500 or more by 9/23 will have the opportunity to submit information for a yard sign that will be displayed at the event, yours to keep after. An email will be sent to all who qualify with instructions.
Day-of Experience: Resources & Activities
Stop by the AFSP Store for merchandise, pick-up beads at the Honor Bead tent, visit our community partner tables, and more!
Honor Beads will be available on-site to show your connection(s) to the cause.
