The AFSP Mississippi Hike for Hope is a self-paced fundraising activity that incorporates self-care and hiking challenges.
All registered participants will receive a BINGO card via email with their fundraising toolkit. The BINGO cards list different hiking trails and self-care activities to complete. Participants can choose from an easy, moderate or difficult hiking trail level BINGO card. The card will include step-by-step instructions and what to do after a participant has completed a hike or a self-care activity during the month of June.
Help make this event a success by inviting your friends to join you for an event where we recognize that mental health is physical health!
