Support The Jay Walkers - Join Us in Our Fight Against Suicide
From New Zealand, Japan, and across the US - our International Walk Team

Once again we come together in the memory of Jay Utz, who lost his battle with chronic depression on July 9, 2016. We come together for the friends we've lost Austin, Lorrie, and Brady and for our friends and family who struggle today.

We walk in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.

We walk to raise awareness.

We walk to reduce the stigma surrounding suicide on behalf of the victims and the survivors.

We walk as a reminder that mental health is as important as physical health and the "why's" of suicide are both varied and complex.

We walk so you'll remember...

...remember that these people were more than just one event. They were vibrant, brilliant, beautiful and most of all loved - loved as sons/daughters, loved as partners, siblings, parents, aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews and our beloved friends.

They mattered.

We walk because they can't.

We walk because we know we can make an impact. We can make a difference.

So can you!

Please help us reach our fundraising goal by donating to a team member. To donate online, please select "Roster" and then choose one of the team members listed. Once you're on their page, click "Donate Now." Donations can only be made to individuals, but the total each participant raises goes toward our team goal.

All donations are 100% tax deductible and will help bring AFSP one step closer to achieving their bold goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.
