Who should I make my check out to?
Please make all checks payable to: AFSP or American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Is it necessary to send a separate offline donation form for each donation?

How do I find out if my company matches employee donations to charitable organizations?
To increase your contribution through matching gifts, please visit our Matching Gift page and enter your company name to see if your company has a program in place. You can also contact your company's Human Resource department to determine if a matching gift program is in place and the procedure to match your gift.
An offline donation is not appearing on my Memorial Fund page. What should I do?
Due to the high volume of donations AFSP receives in the mail during specific times of year, please allow 2-3 weeks from the date that the donation is received to post to your account. We strongly encourage our donors to make online credit card donations, for the donation is processed immediately and is visible on the homepage shortly thereafter. If your donation does not post within this time frame, please email our Individual Giving Assistant, Michael Swyer, at email@example.com.
Are donations tax deductible?
All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
