In 2021 I will be hiking about 8,000 miles between 3 trails: the Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, and Continental Divide Trail. Along the way, I hope to raise awareness and funds for mental health in America. These issues are starting to get some more attention but there is still much more to be done. Every dollar donated can help someone. Every uncomfortable conversation can help end the stigma with mental illness. Every act of kindness can help someone more than you could imagine.
