In 2022 at 12 years old Harold Teller wrote an essay for school about suicide prevention. He wrote about a basketball 3 V 3 fundraiser to spread awareness. He described ways this event could help children have help anonymously. He felt it was a large problem in society. He asked his basketball trainer to lend some help,and help with the venue for the event. After careful planning, in March of 2023, at the age of 13, Harold had his first basketball 3V3 charity event. Net proceeds went to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In 2024 Harold had his second event. This has now become an annual event.
