Hello Everyone,
As many of you may all ready know, I lost my son Andrew to suicide in 2011.
This year, we are again participating in the Out of the Darkness walk here in Buffalo (Sept 21, 2024). It is a fundraiser for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The event consists of walking together around Canalside with those whose lives have been affected by suicide and raise awareness for those that may be able to help others. I have started a team called Drew's Crew and would like to invite you to join our team and walk with us. As it is a fundraiser, we are asking that you make a donation by following the link to my donation page. You do not need to walk in order to make a donation. Every little bit can help. Also, as Andrew liked to wear the color green, we are asking that those walking with us wear green that day as well. The walk starts at 10:00 follwoing the program but we will be there early to set up a tent with a Drew's Crew sign on it.
